Really pleasant hotel.
From a warm welcome to a farewell, the excellent front of house staff who were really courteous & helpful without being intrusive.
The hotel was really welcoming from the moment you park in the car park to the time you lay your head on the very comfortable pillow.
An excellent range of tea & coffee was courteously supplied in the room & the restaurant serves an excellent breakfast & evening meal, which along with the room rates are very keenly priced.
I would certainly book again with them when I return to the New Forest, which hopefully will be very soon.

On arrival you were made welcome, very happy & friendly couple, location was very good, breakfast was very good order whatever you want, set us up for the day, nothing to much trouble for them, time we left felt like you had known them years. Definitely going back next year.

Best B&B we've ever been to! Cosy room and charming house with cute ponies in the backyard. Genette is lovely and very attentive. I had some preferences regarding breakfast, but that was no problem and I got more than I expected. Also very clean and excellent location in the beautiful New Forest area.
Very clean, good bed, nice kitchen, great location. Quiet. Good communication with the owner. Coffee, tea, etc, nice bath. And Brockenhurst is beautiful place to start hiking.
Everything was just perfect: the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The food was delicious, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location was fantastic.
We had a wonderful one night stay. Genette was really friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely breakfast and appreciated the fresh fruit and locally sourced sausages. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the location.
Brockenhurst is a lovely village and ideally located for exploring. Train station location was an added bonus. Food was excellent in the restaurant, room very comfortable and spacious but a little warm
Excellent location, walkable to high street , local shops and cafes. Cottage is spacious and very clean with well equipped kitchen .Able to self cater. Hosts gave clear instructions so no problem with access. Bonus was a park run being held on Saturday at the local college at the end of the road so as runners we were able to take part.
The traditional cooked breakfast was delicious and even the digs got given a sausage. Beautiful croissants and selection of jams, honey, chocolate spread, fruits and cereals. Yummy.
The location was ideal, every where was easy to drive to.
The room was spotless, comfy beds and pillows. great shower, fluffy towels and beautiful toiletries provided.
Even the sun shined while we were there, always a bonus.
Will defiantly recommend and will return.
