A lovely pub and inn set in a stunning location. All the staff were incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. There were such nice little touches like the fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room, loaned wellies and brollies and locally sourced toiletries in the room. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Both meals were delicious. Would absolutely stay here again, we had no complains at all. 11 out of 10!
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations and the location of the hotel was ideal. Breakfast was great, with huge portions with something for everyone.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at this B&B. The owners were really helpful and friendly, the facilities were very clean and kept to a high standard, and there was breakfast available with the option to have it in bed if you preferred. The location is ideal for Peak walks with a quiet but nice pub next door and several other pubs nearby.
We stayed here as it was ideally located for Chatsworth and we were very happy with our stay. Lovely, cosy decor and all areas were spotlessly clean.

The location for visiting Chatsworth Estate is ideal. Just across the road and through the Kissing Gate and you're in a different world, so peaceful.
