Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

So conveniently located. Wilderswil bus stop, train station and a convenience store (Migros) are all just 2 mins walk away. Made the stay even with 2 kids very comfortable. The apartment was centrally heated with fully functioning kitchen and many essential items for cooking. Perfect for a family of 4. The host was super nice and helpful too!

It’s sparkling clean. The location is perfect if you are here for the scenery of switzerland. You will be waking up every morning with the mountains and the water.
Place was okay. Don’t expect much. There is a kitchen with minimum utensils. There is a lake behind the property and location is good if you have a car (we had) but parking is additional CHF 10 per night. There is a bus stop near by where you can get a bus direct to Interlaken centre but frequency reduced as it gets late in night. As there is a train line behind the house you will hear the noise every time train passes but will get used to it if stays for long. Flat on second floor without lift so might not be suitable for some people.
Location was a little away from town center, it’s ok if you drive. Original room supposed to come with a dryer, but room changed due to pipe leakage, however owner help to dry our clothes and carried our luggages to new room. Owner was easy to talk to and helpful
Magnificent location. clran and cozy flat Tom the host, was there welcoming us. Thun lake is very near and we can see it partially through windows. the bus that takes you to interlaken is near.

Very quiet neighbourhood (when we were there), not far from expensive Interlaken, this location was rather affordable. Accessible by car or train from Interlaken, it offers peaceful views of the lake and train tracks. Parking nearby (don't forget the printed permit from the host).
A very enjoyable stay and an ideal location to visit the nearby mountains and lakes. The apartment was great, spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished and super equipped.
