We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. You had everything you needed!The kitchen was clean, bathroom clean, bedroom clean, livingroom clean. There were a lots of sunlight and it was spacious!!
