Grotto del Pan Perdü ligger i Carona, 10 km fra messecentret Lugano, 12 km fra Swiss Miniatur og 23 km fra Mendrisio Station. Very nice Grotto, with freshly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving we were informed about the possibilities for breakfast and restaurants. At our arrival, there was some minor technical issue with the heating and we were given immediately another room.

Well equipped kitchen with all you need if you want to cook, there is even a washing machine and dryer. The apartment comes with its own parking space. If you are travelling without a car, there is a bus stop across the street with bus lines going to the centre of town. Easy self-check in and out process, very responsive host with clear and very detailed instructions. Would recommend to anyone and come back myself again.

Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.

We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. You had everything you needed!The kitchen was clean, bathroom clean, bedroom clean, livingroom clean. There were a lots of sunlight and it was spacious!! The grocery store is very close. We felt safe!
