Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. It was a lovely house, very clean and the room was great!

Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. The two course breakfasts were absolutely superb.

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. I am glad that we chose the Redwood B&B while visiting Niagara. We liked our room and balcony plus we were allowed to use a huge living room and fridge in the living room. Breakfest were very tasty and planty. We had our privacy, but if needed we could always contact the Redwood owners. The owners were in touch with us and checking on our preferred breakfest time each evening. There was also no problem with parking. Lots of space to park your car. We can only recommend.

Honestly the best B&B we ever booked ! Joyce is an amazing and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Rainbow Bed & Breakfast. It is perfectly located, in close proximity to all the attractions, which allowed us to walk pretty much everywhere. The accommodation itself is cozy and comfortable. The hosts, Dragana and her mother, are lovely ladies who are extremely kind, hospitable and attentive to their guests' needs, which made us feel right at home. We would stay here again without any hesitation when visiting Niagara Falls.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. The host was very responsive and kind. The villa was clean and in the vicinity of Niagara Falls. I loved my stay there.

Situated in downtown Niagara Falls, within walking distance to many main attractions, this adults-only bed and breakfast features cosy accommodations in a quiet residential environment and free WiFi... Very nice spacious apartment in a good location. Walkable to the falls in about 20 mins yet nicely away from the very busy areas. Queen St a 7/8 min walk has bar/restaurant options. Great breakfast provided by the friendly host.
