The breakfast was amazing, Dan and Jamie are absolutely amazing hosts! The B&B has a very warm vibe to it and is walking distance from the Falls and all the major attraction spots. Would recommend 100%

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. The room & bed was great!! The owners were very nice & more than helpful. Our experience was their goal. I highly recommend it!!

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Very kind, helpful, thoughtful owner. Really appreciate it. I had an issue with the room key, but she helped me figure that out. Also, she prepared breakfast according to my special needs.

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable room and Alice was very nice and helpful. I asked in advance for Oat Milk for my wife and she provided it in our breakfast without any reminders. Amazing. Also one day I forgot my wallet in the room and I was truly desperate in the city when I realized that I was without it. I texted Alice at 9pm and she promptly checked my room for the wallet and found it for me. The relief that she brought to me saved my night!

Each room is individually decorated at this bed and breakfast in Niagara Falls and includes free Wi-Fi. Queen Victoria Park, where guests can see Niagara Falls, is 3.2 km away. Nice big cozy room (#4) with a private porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped side yard. We enjoyed walking to/from the falls and the tourist areas that are less than a mile away and there are nice paved paths for either end of the block to get to them.
