We stopped in Ashville for a day to visit the Biltmore Estate. This hotel was conveniently located close to the Estate. The location was also close to the shops & restaurants in Biltmore Village.
This hotel was chosen out of our usual being unavailable and let me tell you guys, this is our new go to! Very clean, staff is so nice and willing to fix anything even down to our tv not working. We had the jacuzzi tub room and although it ran a bit slow it worked and was excellent! Excellent breakfast like eggs bacon and gravy biscuits! Pool and hot tub was nice! Overall excellent stay and literally two minutes away from biltmore village if that!
We did not stay. There was not enough room to safely park our vehicle and there were multiple homeless people digging through the trash on and aroud the property. We did not feel safe so we went somewhere else. The staff seemed friendly but did not honor our refund request. We went to the Biltmore Village side of town where we felt safer regardless of having paid for this room.
Everything was so excellent! The staff at the desk and housekeeping were amazing. They came in and straightened up daily. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was close to the Biltmore and you could walk to restaurants and Biltmore Village. Breakfast was excellent as well with an attentive staff person to help you if needed. Highly recommend.
Beautiful position, facilities and location. Wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was like staying in your your own holiday home. Upstairs and downstairs balcony/verandas with hot tub and sitting/dining areas. Every little thing was allowed for including washing detergent. Faultless!
