Antonio met us at the train station and drove us and all our luggage to the house, and drove us back at the end of our stay. He went over everything for the house and gave us keys. He pointed out how to get to nearby places like the beach and grocery store. He was wonderful and funny and very responsive when we contacted him through WhatsApp. The location is beautiful up in the hills and we felt like residents instead of tourists. It was an easy walk to the train station, beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house is large and roomy and the beds comfortable. It was nice to have an outdoor space to sit and eat. Staying in Levanto was much more relaxing and calm than staying in Cinque Terre and it only took 5-10 minutes to get to the villages by train. We will definitely stay in Levanto if we visit CT again!

The Host was great and was checking and following up until we checked in. Helped in keeping our luggage after we checked out in the morning to visit Cinque Terre towns. The location is right in the city center and is about 10 minutes walk from Levanto railway station. It is in a very convenient location and about 5 to 8 minutes walk to the beach area, with quite a bit of restaurants nearby.

Debora was very communicative on the day of check in to meet us and show us the property where she handed off the keys. The home is lovely, with beautiful floors and other classy details. We loved having a glass of wine and snack on the back terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and the off street parking is a big bonus. We only stayed two nights, but would have loved to have stayed longer. There is a great little beach club and restaurant called Bagni Nettuno that is only about 200 meters from the property. We had a morning in beach chairs and a fantastic lunch there.

Nice location, as quiet it can get, 5 minutes walking from Levanto "center". We rented an apartment that is managed by the hotel, 100 meters from it. Supermarket just below us, very convenient. No problems with parking, the hotel gave us a parking card and guidance on where to park. We didn't move the cars at all and we preferred to go to villages nearby by train, since we were told that parking is very difficult everywhere in the area. Helpful personnel to everything we asked.
Villa Mesco has the most amazing views. It is comfortable and spacious with a lovely, albeit small, pool. The outdoor areas were popular with our group of seven friends and despite the warm weather, it was always possible to catch a cooling breeze. The kitchen was compact but sufficiently equipped. Paolo was helpful and responsive. Despite the negative comments below, we had a wonderful time at Villa Mesco and would happily return.
A little slice of paradise in Levanto!
Our family had an incredible 4 night stay at Costa di Fraggiana. Perfectly located away from the crowds at Cinque Terre but close enough to the 5 villages to easily explore during the day.
Our room was very clean, had all of the essential amenities and had a phenomenal view. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip after a busy day of exploration.
The family hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Their shuttle service in the morning & evening made our stay a breeze.
We can’t wait to return.
Hotel reception gave lots of useful advice for traveling to see the villages, where to eat etc. Reception also provided free beach towels and beach umbrella and also bikes were available to ride free of charge.
Exceptional, would definitely highly recommend La Casa dei Nonni. The owners are wonderful and very helpful.
The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable with everything you need on holiday.
The location is perfect, walking distance to train station and village.
The cafe across the street is perfect and great for breakfast, lunch or late-night drink.
