Significant benefit is the parking in the grounds. Apt was quite spacious, we didn’t feel the need to use the outside deck, it was lovely to chill inside (and there were 7 of us). You can pay extra for another car if they have space at the time, which was also very helpful. Remember to pack soap, shampoo and conditioner I found a lot of apts didn’t provide these items, through Italy. Host was very helpful and charming to deal with. If heading to Cinque Terre, we spent first afternoon and headed to northern town, Monterosso for lunch, trained it to Vernazza (we didn’t do the 2hr walk). The next day was more relaxed, trained to Riomaggiore (bought a ticket that morning at the train station 10E, to do the walk, it was lovely, you have to book in a time before heading there on the train). Manarola, Corniglia were equally lovely. Trained it back to Riomaggiore had a quick swim (around where the beach is, near the boat ramp, so happy we did), then took the ferry all the way back to Levento as I love seeing landscapes from the water. Train coast 48E for the 2 days, plus 10E Riomaggiore walk plus 20E for the ferry. Not the most economical way to do it but there was no stress. Apt was located about 10mins walk from the train station, very easy and it was set back just from the beach where we spent 2 nights enjoying the hospitality of Levento. A beautiful little seaside town, so glad we stayed at this apt. Safe travels.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is very spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, truly making you feel at home. The owner is an incredibly kind person; I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly in all my years of traveling.
It's clear that the owner puts a lot of heart into maintaining the entire property. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable, and there is also convenient parking for our car. Everything was perfect, and we had no issues during our stay.

Nice location, as quiet it can get, 5 minutes walking from Levanto "center". We rented an apartment that is managed by the hotel, 100 meters from it. Supermarket just below us, very convenient. No problems with parking, the hotel gave us a parking card and guidance on where to park. We didn't move the cars at all and we preferred to go to villages nearby by train, since we were told that parking is very difficult everywhere in the area. Helpful personnel to everything we asked.
Villa Mesco has the most amazing views. It is comfortable and spacious with a lovely, albeit small, pool. The outdoor areas were popular with our group of seven friends and despite the warm weather, it was always possible to catch a cooling breeze. The kitchen was compact but sufficiently equipped. Paolo was helpful and responsive. Despite the negative comments below, we had a wonderful time at Villa Mesco and would happily return.
A little slice of paradise in Levanto!
Our family had an incredible 4 night stay at Costa di Fraggiana. Perfectly located away from the crowds at Cinque Terre but close enough to the 5 villages to easily explore during the day.
Our room was very clean, had all of the essential amenities and had a phenomenal view. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip after a busy day of exploration.
The family hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Their shuttle service in the morning & evening made our stay a breeze.
We can’t wait to return.
Hotel reception gave lots of useful advice for traveling to see the villages, where to eat etc. Reception also provided free beach towels and beach umbrella and also bikes were available to ride free of charge.
Exceptional, would definitely highly recommend La Casa dei Nonni. The owners are wonderful and very helpful.
The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable with everything you need on holiday.
The location is perfect, walking distance to train station and village.
The cafe across the street is perfect and great for breakfast, lunch or late-night drink.
