This hotel was very beautiful, in a beautiful old building with great historic features. But our room was modern and cozy, not old-fashioned at all, with floor heating for toasty feet. It was also maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also made late check-in very easy. If I were ever in Cochem again, I would stay here for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was cozy and had everything I could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable! The location is on the other side of the river, but it’s a short, lovely walk to all things in the old town. It was a wonderful place to retire after long days of hiking. Maja was the sweetest hostess…we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Location (for us) was perfect…away the hectic city environment, but only a 4 minute walk to the center of Cochem, on the promenade with stunning river view! Maja’s apartment was spotless and all attention to detail was evident for travelers. Loved, loved her AromaRoast coffee maker & coffee she supplied. Her meeting us and helping us with train logistics was truly appreciated.

Let us check out late to enjoy the wonderful private balcony with beautiful view of the Mosele River and the Cochem castle. The place is spacious and new. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious.
