Dan the Man was our tour guide, and he along with all of the staff onboard made for an exceptional experience. The food was delicious and there was always something to do, we absolutely loved the itinerary of this trip, kayaking, hiking, swimming, cooking tutorial, and dancing are just a few of the sensational activities being offered, we hope to come back again.

The service was absolutely exceptional. Such a friendly cabin crew. I had so much fun, made so many wonderful memories and new friends. Kong was such an amazing supervisor, Kenny was absolutely incredible.

Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, shout out to Jay for his caring service and consideration when I felt sick and to Andrew for being so friendly and helpful on the daytrips! Comfortable bed and pillows (better than some hotels on land), great views (obviously).

The trip was very comfortable. I enjoyed the activities in Ha Long, the staff, and especially Tony the tour guide, who was very kind and helpful. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, and I will definitely be booking another cruise with this company soon!
