Visiting Viet Hai village and fish farm was a nice surprise.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. We felt relaxed and truely enjoyed the scenic views. The staff were unbelievable! They were so friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time ☺️

Rooms were very clean, spacious with big window. Food was just excellent and the staff took care of us very well and very friendly. We can talk with them all the time and we shared our stories togther. Specially thanks to Tung, our tour guide, very handsome, profestional and also a lot of humour and engergy.

Siamo tornati nella medesima struttura dopo qualche giorno passato in barca, perché è tutto perfetto e la colazione è super.
Staff simpatico. La Barca è vecchia e mantiene il suo fascino. Essendo piccola il viaggio diventa più intimo. Cibo buono. Escursione uguale a tutte le altre barche. Ci siamo divertiti nella serata sulla barca insieme agli altri viaggiatori.
Struttura accogliente e proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili. Si può mangiare direttamente da loro e la cuoca è bravissima! Tramite la struttura abbiamo potuto prenotare un tour in barca che è stato molto piacevole, non la classica crociera turistica. Consigliabile prendere il motorino per i vari spostamenti visto la leggera distanza dal centro città.

La barca, le attività e lo staff sono stati eccezionali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La location poi è impagabile.
Siamo stati accolti da una famiglia gentilissima che ci ha aiutato in tutto sempre con il sorriso. Hanno organizzato loro lo spostamento dal nostro hotel a Hanoi fino alla loro casa e anche il tour in barca e il rientro a Hanoi, tutto perfetto. Buona colazione, abbiamo anche cenato una sera e siamo stati bene. Stanza e bagno spartani ma c'è tutto quello che serve, compresa una bellissima vista sul lago.
Organizzazione precisa e puntuale, abbiamo fatto tantissime attività incluse nella prenotazione e la barca era davvero ben tenuta. Non è enorme, quindi ci stanno una 20ina di persone e non è affollata. Le stanze sono pulite e il cibo è ottimo, anche per chi aveva esigenze diverse come noi. Un grazie particolare alla nostra guida Quang Quack che ci ha seguito da Hanoi e in tutte le escursioni!
un vero hotel 5 stelle su mare. Ottimo personale, cheese è stata professionale e sempre disponibile. cibo eccellente, con grande varietà di scelta (abbiamo comunicato che non ci piaceva il coriandolo e loro ci hanno sempre accontentato). abbiamo prenotato 2 notti/3 giorni e il programma di viaggio è stato sempre rispettato, con possibilità di fare escursioni o di rimanere in barca per rilassarsi. la consiglio!
