Alex and Dorris’ smiles as soon as you walk into their paradise boatel … I cannot believe how gorgeous this whole stay was thanks to them. The room we were given was simply stunning and so well equipped! One of the most memorable and beautiful stay EVER !!! Breakfast is to die for and the room is not just clean… Monica clean (for those who understand the reference)… Thankkkkk youuuuu… Will definitely be back soon !

The houseboat was amazing! Just as pictured. The host Sietske was absolutely amazing. She had a whole list of the places to go, the cheapest and best places to hire things. Sietske allowed us in early to drop our bags as we came off the night train. I would have definitely loved to stay there a bit longer and have time (and the weather) to enjoy the deck area up above. Loved it and have recommended it to all of my friends and family.
Koen and Olivia were the most fantastic hosts. We stayed for my mum's birthday and they went above and beyond to make it an even more special trip by providing decorations, bottle of bubbles and even some cake. The houseboat itself was beautifully decorated and clean with great facilities. It was an amazing experience to stay on the canals of Amsterdam. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would highly recommend a stay at Koen and Olivia's houseboat!
we loved the window where we could look out and the swans came right up to the window . owner was very friendly and helpful. would recommend . it is a houseboat so it's compact . the bed was super comfortable . we had everything we needed .
Nice room and clean. Ferry across F4 from Amsterdam Centraal Station. Good location and good view from rooftop. Nice breakfast and delicious We are happy here. Reception is very very grateful and friendly. Everything good at this hotel. Recommende this boat hotel.
I highly recommend booking a stay here! Easy to find by google maps from central station, adorable little house boat with a unique view of the canals. Local market just a two minute walk away, highlight of the trip was sitting at the kitchen table for lunch door open to the canal watching the boats pass by as a lovely family of swans passed right by the window. Comfortable bed, roomy enough space for two, absolutely adorable place!
It is a great adventure to stay on a house boat. Of course you cannot expect luxury but for sure a fun experience. We loved it! Dont stay for too long though, this may get on your nerves as there is very little space :-)
This houseboat stay was so lovely. Koen and Olivia were very helpful and arranging a time to check in was easy. The little touches like local beers in the fridge or umbrellas to borrow were great extras. The houseboat is easily reachable from the city centre by bus or tram, but also not that far to walk. The houseboat was so clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple of nights. We loved being on the water and feeling like we got a real Amsterdam experience.
