Good location, close to the center. Perfect for a walk. The equipment of the houseboat is flawless. Kitchen fully equipped. The bathtub in the bathroom is a nice bonus.
Location and the atmosphere of your houseboat was excellent . It had everything we needed and was truly peaceful place to rest and wake up to after a long day of sightseeing.

Athough no breakfast was provided; this was known before I booked, a local cafe "Bagels and Beans" 3-4 minutes walk away in IJBurg provided an excellent breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere (Cafe had free WiFi for planning my day).
As the weather happened to be excellent during my stay; I had the use of the Jetty outside the Houseboat for relaxing in the evenings.
The houseboat was amazing! Just as pictured. The host Sietske was absolutely amazing. She had a whole list of the places to go, the cheapest and best places to hire things. Sietske allowed us in early to drop our bags as we came off the night train. I would have definitely loved to stay there a bit longer and have time (and the weather) to enjoy the deck area up above. Loved it and have recommended it to all of my friends and family.
We had an amazing time on Jan's house boat. The place is beautiful and we had everything we could ask for. The location is fantastic with the best views from the terrace. The rental came with two very powerful electric bikes. These are perfect for longer trips and to explore the city. We'll definitely be back!
Koen and Olivia were the most fantastic hosts. We stayed for my mum's birthday and they went above and beyond to make it an even more special trip by providing decorations, bottle of bubbles and even some cake. The houseboat itself was beautifully decorated and clean with great facilities. It was an amazing experience to stay on the canals of Amsterdam. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would highly recommend a stay at Koen and Olivia's houseboat!
The location was amazing. The houseboat was in the Jordaan district- walking distance from everything and right across the canal from Anne Frank House. The house boat was very cool - such a great experience for the kids.
This houseboat stay was so lovely. Koen and Olivia were very helpful and arranging a time to check in was easy.
The little touches like local beers in the fridge or umbrellas to borrow were great extras. The houseboat is easily reachable from the city centre by bus or tram, but also not that far to walk. The houseboat was so clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple of nights. We loved being on the water and feeling like we got a real Amsterdam experience.
