really clean and bed was extremely comfy! Room was really hot but a small fan was provided already within the room so wasn’t much of a problem. Breakfast in the morning was so lovely with the little window seat and view of the boats and river.

Check in was easy and the location was spot on. Only a few steps from the harbour wall and the yachts. All the amenities were at hand and no need to travel for entertainment. Overall a great spot.

Excellent location with fantastic views, right in front of St Mawes port. Stunning little village with unique, beautiful houses, fantastic walks and very often boat transfers to Falmouth. The hotel itself is nice, with spacious rooms and amenities, staff is friendly and helpful. Nice discount voucher for the bar.

Donna is a lovely welcoming host who was helpful in every way if needed. The annexe is much bigger than you’d expect and is lovely. Padstow is beautiful with a great atmosphere and stunning scenery and beaches. Everything is within walking distance including Tescos for any essentials. Lots of activities in the area including boat trips, coastal walks and the beautiful camel trail bike ride. Would definitely stay here again to visit the wider area.

The property was located in a very run down area and was in effect a lock up previous garage in a housing estate, which apparently once had a boat in it! It was also attached to the house which was being run as a takeaway business and whilst there was parking people were squashing pass to pick up takeaways. On arrival we immediately decided we could not stay, rebooked elsewhere despite additional costs and travel time. Contacted owner immediately on arrival and booking.com. Totally not as described.

a warm welcome, every thing so well organised( including a key that opened three doors), good recommendation for supper, breakfast early to enable catching the boat, everything worked in the room, quiet , comfortable beds, just what was needed for a happy stay

The location was very beautiful, the lake was magical, rhere was a little boat that we could use. The garden was amazing too, well maintained. The accommodation was modern and comfortable, we could sit out for a morning tea to enjoy the tranquil nature. Several times deers visited the meadow by the house. It was unbelievable. The hosts were very friendly and kind. They made beautiful cake for us. That was really delicious. We can highly recommend this place! Thank you.

I just love the view from our window. The early morning sunrise were spectacular with the water and all the cute fishing boats. I would definitely stay here again.
