It's warm, cozy and private. The family renting the place lives on the floor and you get the ground floor. I barely heard them for a couple of moments and that's it. Neighbourhood is as quiet and calm. Everything needed for a stay is provided.A great value for the money.

Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Excellent location for a boat trip to Birka, beautiful surroundings, our room was nice, although cleanliness not perfect, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, very petfriendly (300 skr per stay)
