The houseboat was beautifully laid out and very very clean. A lovely and serene location. Very quiet and very comfortable. I had asked if there was a hair dryer and suddenly there was! Nice surprise very sweet.

A brilliant location and a very cozy houseboat. There were many nice little things to make it feel like home. Check-in and check-out were easy. Added to that, we liked communication.

Its like a floating apartment really : 2bedrooms, one with split bed (for the kids), and a mbr with a queen (or was it a king?). Its immediately obvious that little expense was spared, and that the owner responds to feedback (because there were comments in the guestbook that had been addressed, but also because everything is just there, is spotless, and very well equipped). Everything is there from bedlinen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine + pads. There is wifi and TV as well. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions. A real jewel, no doubt if we visit Leeuwarden in the future we will try to book this place again.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Very nicely located with a view on a green camping field. Tent is very well equipped with a heater and blankets during cold days/nights. I like cooking and found all I needed in the kitchen, even a bbq outside. What I really likes was the “milkfoamer” for my early morning capo. Beds were comfy and spacious. List of storage for clothes. Loved the shower.
We also found games and some books and information on what to do in the area. I would recommend renting a sailing boat at Anja 😀
