Its immediately obvious that little expense was spared, and that the owner responds to feedback (because there were comments in the guestbook that had been addressed, but also because everything is just there, is spotless, and very well equipped). Everything is there from bedlinen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine + pads. There is wifi and TV as well. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions. A real jewel, no doubt if we visit Leeuwarden in the future we will try to book this place again.

Great location, free shuttle from the boat to the hotel, very clean, spacious room, nice soaps and enough options for breakfast, nice variety of bread. Nice balcony with seats. Friendly staff at the restaurant.
Our stay at the hotel in the beautiful yachting area was exceptional. The surroundings were stunning, adding to the overall charm of our visit. The rooms and the entire hotel were very clean, cozy, safe, and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We had a great time in Eastermar. The house is in the perfect size for two people. It was all very clean. We loved to play tabletennis on the terrace or just enjoy the view from the big outdoor lounge. The jacuzzi was at 38 degrees when we arrived. So we could use it directly. The cherry on the top was the TV by the jacuzzi. So we could make a movienight in the jacuzzi. We also rent the boat of the owners and made a nice trip to the lakes. The owners are super nice and helpful if there are any questions. Everything was perfect.

The location on the water is really nice --- you can just sit in the restaurant or bar or terrace and watch boats go by. Our room was well appointed and clean, if a bit spare. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Finally, the restaurant was outstanding. Really thoughtful and delicious dishes.

Lovely welcome from the host. Great location for town and close to a supermarket. Very comfortable bed and the houseboat is in a lovely location. Tea/coffee etc provided which was a nice touch.
Great breakfast with lots of choices, beds were fine (not to hard, not to soft), room was cozy. Sauna, massage on request (against extra payment). Center of Nes is around the corner. 1.5km walk from boat to appartments (you can take the bus to bring it down to 500meters)
