Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and the boat trips were an added bonus! It was peaceful, despite other guests nearby!
A brilliant stay - thanks to a fab host. A very handy location across from the old town (on the rowing boat!). Supermarket , burger bar, pancake shop, Maestral beach(small and stony but pleasant)and cafe bar all just a few steps away. Very clean modern apartment with nice balcony. Hosts were extremely polite and helpful. We received delicious homemade pancakes upon arrival. They also gave us useful advice on which boat trips to take and to which beach to go etc. Everything is new in the apartment with an airco unit in the living room and in the bedroom. The terrace is large and the garden is well maintained.
A modern apartment in a great location in Zadar with everything you need to enjoy your holidays. The terrace was a nice place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day. A short drive to the market. A full kitchen with a big fridge so you can cook your own meals. Or a short Bolt ride into town for restaurants and access to boat tours.
Great location, easy to walk to most things from the apartment including the Sea Organ and boat trips. Nice and clean apartment, plenty of space for the three of us.
Excellent location, in the heart of the tourist area, insanely close to the little harbour from which many boat tours start.

Great communication with the host, who gave us clear instructions through WhatsApp and was quick to answer our questions.
And something that I didn't read in the other reviews but should be mentioned: the possibility to store our luggages after check out to explore the city in total freedom before catching our flight.

The place is easy to find in the heart of Zadar, 2 minutes on foot from the bus stop where you catch the bus to the airport or from the quay where you can take boats to the neighbouring islands. The room is not much big, but sufficient for 2 people to spend a few days in the beautiful city. There is a fridge, electric kettle, TV set, hairdryer, A/C. Shortly before your arrival you get information where to find the keys. Lots of bars and eateries in the surroundings, all sights within an easy reach.
The apartment was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and working air con. Nada was very helpful in giving tips about where to visit. We had a great boat tour and avoided many tourist traps.
