The house is pleasant and comfortable and just great for a family stay in Dubrovnik. It is walking distance from the old town but also very suitable for relaxing and enjoying the summer. The views near the house are breathtaking. We particularly loved the way Tea helped us make the most of our time here. She recommended great restaurants, helped us with day trips like kayaking, a private sunset boat tour and a day trip to the island Lokrum. When we needed to visit a doctor she was so very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
excellent location. bus stop to Old Town at bottom of driveway, a block away from Lapad Bay which is a nice stroll, has money exchanges, restaurants. farmers market, and Gruz port a few minutes walk for boat tours or transfers to Korkula, Makarska, etc

The apartment was very clean with the facilities required. The location was superb for what we wanted, family of 4 to head to sunset beach and also access to buses for local trips. Beautiful view of Lapad bay from the balcony. The host was superb, in constant contact and also helped with organising the three islands (Elaphite islands) boat trip which I would highly recommend.
Vanja was the perfect host, so friendly and helpful. Apt was spotless and comfortable. Large terrace with spectacular views. Location was great, short walk down to old town. Small supermarket and bakery a few mins along the road. Get boat to Lokrum from old town port for a fabulous day out.
The location is great - walking distance to the boat docks and many restaurants and other things. The view in my apartment was incredible of the big bridge. Room was super clean and well stocked.
Had small balcony near yacht club. Comfy bed and Netflix a bonus. Nice walk round coast to a few beaches. Very quiet area. Boat trips 10 min walk along harbour.
We had a great stay at Mama’s studio in Dubrovnik. The apartment has everything you need: a comfy bed and sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The studio is located under the stairs of the house, so there is no terrace and that much sunlight. However, it’s located quite conveniently to everything, so you can reach Bellevue beach, as well as the marina for yachts are boats just in 10-15 min walk. Old Town is 25-30 min walk. The host is very kind and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend this place!
