Nice small appartment with everything that's needed. Loved the location. Playa del Acequion almost right outside the door. You can rent a boat if you want. Close to mini market, Knossos - a very nice greek restaurant, a buss stop so it was easy to take the buss to La Zenia Boulevard shopping center. If you don't mind walking, it doesn't take more than approx 25-30 min to Habaneras Centro Comercial and Aquopolis Torrevieja. Definitely recommend!
Location is excellent at the start of a 2 mile walk along a interesting promenade with lots of choices of cafés and restaurants, interesting to see the boat yard working.

The ocean approx 200metres away. Approx 1km big sandy beach with alot of activity eg pedal boats, bouncy slides on water ... Other direction, approx 1.5km punta prima beautiful sandy cove beach, little quiter & stunning ...
Nice bar & restaurants on the way to both beach's. To get to both bigger/ sandy beach's or bars & restaurants beautiful coast walk...

easy access Apartment sits on top of the marina, with restaurants and bars in a quaint little courtyard with chunky rattan to overlook the boats, a short walk to both beaches
Apartment is spacious and clean, we didn’t use the kitchenette unit as we ate fabulous cooked food at Nautic restaurant on the front
On the marina with great view of the boats and swimming pool. Approx 20m to waters edge. Close proximity to several bars, restaurants and a beach. Large car park with a fee. Apartment was very clean with condiments, tea, coffee, pasta, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, card games etc. Good communications with agent. Didn’t see her, keys left in 24hr reception.
The apartment is lovely and in a safe area with some nice restaurants and it is right on the marina. The view of the boats is wonderful and a fine big balcony.
