I highly recommend hotel/botel Vodnik. The location is very good, within walking distance of the metro station at Smichov. The room (with en-suite bathroom) was spacious and clean. I especially recommend the breakfast provided by the hotel, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere, with a view of the Vltava river and the beautiful Vysehrad area of Prague.
