It is a really nice apartment, modern equiptment (kitchen, dishwasher, nice shower, A/Cs in every room). There is a lot of sunlight and a nice terrace where you could probably jump into the water if you wanted. Just outside the city, so quite but a short 10 min uber into the city center. If you are with friends no one will complain if you stay up till late at night. Very friendly and helpful host.

Easy accessed by tram. The room was beautiful with view to the river. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable.
Location was great and easy 20' minutes to the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying at the boatel. We loved it.
