We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Phong Nha, Phong Nha Friendly Home is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain. Amazing host and really good cook! Gave recommendations for activities and picked us up at the bus stop late at night when we arrived.
