We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

We loved our 3 night stay here. Hon, the host and her family are so lovely. Hon helped us book tours and transportation. We had delicious Vietnamese home cooked meals. The location was great , close to town but away from any noise. I would highly recommend staying here.

Unfortunately I only stayed here one night and left early in the morning for a day tour of phong Nha caves. Easily the nicest hostel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The owner was so lovely and checked me in at 2am when my bus was delayed… the dorm was very nice with a hot shower. I didn’t get to take full advantage of this place but it was lovely. She let me leave my bag until 10pm before taking the night train to Ninh Binh.

The room was very clean, and it was away from the street. This makes it quieter. Big bed with good mattress. Water pressure was also ok. The included breakfast was the best I had in a long time. Why? Because they went the extra mile and put some tomato and cucumber on the plate as well. The lady that runs the house speaks very good English. She can help you with trips or tickets as well.

El hotel es moderno, tiene bastantes comodidades como gimnasio que está bastante bien, SPA, el restaurante está bien. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. El baño era grande y estaba muy limpio. Las camas eran cómodas.
Este lindo alojamiento lo regenta una familia la cual te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas. Llegamos a las 3:30am a la estación de buses y a esa hora nos fueron a buscar, tienen una cama preparada en la recepción y pudimos dormir allí hasta poder hacer el check-in a la mañana siguiente. La motocicleta que nos alquilaron estaba en excelente estado, nos dieron muy buenos consejos con respecto a la visita de las cuevas y recomendaciones para comer.
Todo es fantastico. Las camas muy cómodas, todo super limpio, el desayuno increíble! Happy hour con cerveza gratis, el personal super atento.. genial!
La cama era cómoda. La habitación de buen tamaño. El Agua caliente en la ducha funcionaba bien. WiFi correcto. Desayuno a la carta, correcto. Hervidor de agua y café de cortesía.
De todos los alojamientos en Vietnam ha sido uno de mis favoritos. El bus llegó a eso de las 3am a diferencia de lo que decía mi ticket y el dueño se contactó conmigo y me fue a buscar a dicha hora al bus. Asimismo me permitió me levante tarde al día siguiente con mi desayuno para que pudiera descansar . El servicio es genial se preocupan de ofrecerte todo para que no te preocupes por nada. Las Camas cómodas, el desayuno exquisito y me fueron a dejar gratis al bus a mi salida.
Muy buen precio, baratísimo, desayuno muy rico, y la atención de diez. La habitación impecable, cama muy cómoda Vistas a la montaña y cartel del parque nacional Phong Nha. El dueño y su familia súper serviciales, atentos y buena persona, además nos recogieron con su moto cuando llegamos a las 4 de la mañana. La moto funcionaba muy bien. Buen precio. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiría sin duda. Gracias por todo!
Late check in a las 4 am (el bus desde ninh binh), lo acordamos antes y una vez llegamos lo llamamos y nos abrió. Calidad precio una gran opción, cerca de la parada del bus, con desayuno, camas cómodas y aire acondicionado.
La piscina, las camas comodas! con cortinas en cada cama enchufe y luz, la seguridad de los casilleros, la limpieza diaria a fondo, que había una hora de cerveza gratis todos los dias de lunes a Sábado y que el domingo ofrecían una cena de comida local totalmente gratis para compartir entre todos en el hostal, el desayuno venía incluido es estilo buffet, un lugar con buen ambiente mochilero, había mucha gente cada día, buen ambiente :D
El anfitrion de 10! Nos vino a buscar a las 4 a.m nos dio desayuno q nos estaba incluido y nos dejo entrar en la habitacion y dormir a las 5.am. nos presto motos para ir al centro ( también hay bicis disponibles) ofrece buenos tours, hicimos uno que estábamos solo 3 parejas en la cueva. Nos quedamos una noche más y nos hizo descuento. Habitaciones y cama comodas Nos llevo a las 7am al bus dirección huè con desayuno. Si voy a phong nha repetiria si o si. Lo recomiendo! Todo un acierto! Mr son!!
