We used Grab to get from the airport to the hotel & I would advise that you contact the property and get a private car pick up through them - we did that for the hotel to airport transportation and it was cheaper than Grab. The night we arrived the street was closed to traffic as bars and restaurants occupied the street for sitting - we had to walk 1 block.

You’ll stay a little out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but can get Grab for a few bucks. It’s a nice local neighbourhood. It’s inbetween the Aiport and Hanoi. So it’s the perfect place to start or end your cycling / motorbike trip. They are used to cyclists and we could store our bikes safely inside the house.
