We arrived late at night to the property due to flight delays and by the time we got to the house everywhere was closed already but Mr Lee made sure to prepare a yummy food for us and it was totally free! The host family is very nice and kind people. Also got free laundry + free flow tea & coffee hehe

16 km from Thanh Chuong Palace, Hanoi Airport Inn & Suites is a recently renovated property located in Sóc Sơn and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We were stuck there during the Typhoon lost power for 14 hours flights cancelled. Tommy and Eric were legends. Cooked us dinner . Got power from the neighbors generator. Drove us to the airport and back numerous times to check flights as phones were down. We tried to pay them and they said No, All they cared about was our safety. Made then take a generous well deserved tip. Once again thank you boys for keeping us safe.
