Ilha Nantucket: Pesquise B&B

Localizado numa rua tranquila no histórico distrito de Nantucket, o The Seven Sea Street Inn está a uma curta caminhada da Harbor Beach (praia) e da Main Street (rua). A localização é boa porém um pouco distante a pé do centro. O café da manhã estava bom no primeiro dia, porém no segundo faltou um pouco, mas de modo geral bem servido. Procurei alguns produtos a tarde mas tinham acabado. O quarto e banheiro foram muito bons, sem queixas, porém o quarto de cima faz barulho quando as pessoas se movimentam, pois o chão é de madeira. O proprietário, após pedirmos, nos levou até o embarque do ferrie.

29 India House encontra-se a 7 minutos a pé de Francis Street Beach e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, um salão partilhado e um serviço de concierge, para sua conveniência. We chose this property for two reasons. First, it's conveniently located at the edge of downtown so everything is within walking distance. Second, we loved the pictures of the common space (library and parlor), thinking that if the weather was poor we'd have a nice place to relax inside. My only disappointment is that the weather was fine so we didn't have a chance to look at the big collection of stereograph slides. (I guess we'll have to go back.) Forrest, the owner, is wonderful: gracious, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about Nantucket. He's lived there for a long time, and he knows the entire history of the island. Giuseppe, who assists Forrest, has spent many summers on the island and lives in Rome during the off season. He can also give recommendations and answer questions and is happy to do so. Breakfasts were fabulous! Every day we sat in the beautiful dining room, surrounded by china cabinets full of antiques, and were served a huge assortment of fresh fruits, yogurts, granola, nuts, wonderful coffee, and toast with jam and honey. Hardboiled eggs were also served, but it's not a typical breakfast of eggs, bacon and hash browns. In my opinion it was MUCH better. It is on a quiet street, which was nice, and just a few buildings down is the Hospital Thrift Shop, which is a great place to browse if you like that sort of thing. They have an especially good book selection!

I absolutely loved staying at The Bungalow. The space was immaculate and fully supplied with all of your basic necessities. I feel like there couldn't have been a better location and the check in, staff etc. were all excellent. A charming place to stay on a charming island. Would definitely return!

Breakfast was provided on site and had indoor and outdoor seating options. The food was served to order and as a result was fresh and hot. Coffee, tea and other drinks were available all day. They also had afternoon snacks available which were fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. What a treat from people that had a busy summer and were still kind at the end of the season We lucked into staying at this inn for our first trip to Nantucket. Will definitely book with Union Street Inn again

The property is clean, traditional and perfectly what we were looking for. The staff was super nice and helped us with the early departure.

This historic Nantucket hotel is located just 15 minutes’ walk from Brant Point Beach and Lighthouse. The Nantucket Whaling Museum is a 2-minute walk away. Quarto muito simpatico e cama muito confortavel numa localisação central. Muito bom

A cerca de 6 minutos a pé de Children's Beach e a 1 km de Brant Point Beach, The Centerboard Nantucket dispõe de quartos com ar condicionado e casa de banho privada em Nantucket. It was so clean and pretty. The foyer was so perfectly set up and gorgeous. It was very close to everything. I will definitely be back.
