First, it's conveniently located at the edge of downtown so everything is within walking distance. Second, we loved the pictures of the common space (library and parlor), thinking that if the weather was poor we'd have a nice place to relax inside. My only disappointment is that the weather was fine so we didn't have a chance to look at the big collection of stereograph slides. (I guess we'll have to go back.) Forrest, the owner, is wonderful: gracious, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about Nantucket. He's lived there for a long time, and he knows the entire history of the island. Giuseppe, who assists Forrest, has spent many summers on the island and lives in Rome during the off season. He can also give recommendations and answer questions and is happy to do so. Breakfasts were fabulous! Every day we sat in the beautiful dining room, surrounded by china cabinets full of antiques, and were served a huge assortment of fresh fruits, yogurts, granola, nuts, wonderful coffee, and toast with jam and honey. Hardboiled eggs were also served, but it's not a typical breakfast of eggs, bacon and hash browns. In my opinion it was MUCH better. It is on a quiet street, which was nice, and just a few buildings down is the Hospital Thrift Shop, which is a great place to browse if you like that sort of thing. They have an especially good book selection!

I absolutely loved staying at The Bungalow. The space was immaculate and fully supplied with all of your basic necessities. I feel like there couldn't have been a better location and the check in, staff etc. were all excellent. A charming place to stay on a charming island. Would definitely return!

Breakfast was provided on site and had indoor and outdoor seating options. The food was served to order and as a result was fresh and hot. Coffee, tea and other drinks were available all day. They also had afternoon snacks available which were fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. What a treat from people that had a busy summer and were still kind at the end of the season We lucked into staying at this inn for our first trip to Nantucket. Will definitely book with Union Street Inn again

Mijn vriend en ik kregen enorm veel infomatie van de Inn keeper over de locale plaatsen om te eten, uit te gaan en what to do op het eiland. Topkerel! De kamers zijn heel mooi ingericht, hier kom je tot rust! Ontbijt is self service, je hebt echt alles wat je nodig hebt! We komen zeker in de zomer terug!!!

Dit historische hotel in Nantucket ligt op slechts 15 minuten lopen van Brant Point Beach en de vuurtoren. Het Nantucket Whaling Museum ligt op 2 minuten lopen. The staff was excellent, perfect location and very nice and comfortable rooms.

The Centerboard Nantucket is gelegen op 6 minuten lopen van Children's Beach en 1 km van Brant Point Beach, en biedt kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer in Nantucket. It was so clean and pretty. The foyer was so perfectly set up and gorgeous. It was very close to everything. I will definitely be back.
