Dotato di un ristorante e di un bar, il Black Friar Inn and Pub si trova a Bar Harbor, non lontano dal Parco Agamont e dal Museo Abbe. This place has an outstanding energy! The rooms are cozy and with god size. We stayed at one that has a roof window and we could se the moon during the night. The fact that the Inn has a Pub is so great! Breakfast has many options, everything is delicious and the hostess are really funny.

Incredible BnB, beautifully decorated with gorgeous bedrooms and relaxing space for guests. Everything is brand new and well thought out. Each bedroom has a stunning bathroom and a big walk-in closet and a lovely balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of tea. The beds are gigantic with super soft bedding, they are pure luxury! The hosts, Martha and Tim, are so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local knowledge of walks and places to eat. The breakfast is incredible, all home cooked and super tasty. We never wanted to leave.

Nel bagno abbiamo trovato saponi artigianali di Bar Harbor che abbiamo potuto acquistare in struttura per portarli a casa come souvenir. La colazione era preparata al momento dagli chef, abbiamo potuto servirci di the, caffe, succhi di frutta e abbiamo potuto scegliere tra un'opzione salata e una dolce. La sera dopo cena abbiamo potuto sorseggiare una tisana nel salotto in comune davanti al caminetto. Ci hanno fornito un'ottima indicazione su dove cenare. Brandon, al momento del check out, è stata molto gentile a fare una ricerca su dove avremmo potuto acquistare quadri come quelli esposti nella locanda.

This hotel was so welcoming. When we arrived, someone gave us a tour of the hotel. Subsequently, she suggested places to visit or eat, and remained available for our questions. plus there was always freshly prepared food on the table. it was very warm. in addition to the smell of the hotel which was very pleasant. Ultimately, the meals were very good. it was homemade food made with love. they were very respectful of my gluten allergy. If we visit again, this hotel is gonna be our first choice!
