The location was fantastic as you were close to Frenchmen Street, and a short walk to the French Quarter. We were upgraded to a suite after there was a mix up with the room type we thought we had booked, making our stay very comfortable. The staff and management were so lovely, and we enjoyed a great light breakfast in the beutiful kitchen the first morning of our stay.

We stayed in one of the units on the top floor that had views both out the front and the back of the property, overlooking the lake to the plantation house. It made for a very spectacular stay, where we could sit on rocking chairs on the veranda, light the citronella candles provided and enjoy the tranquility (until the frogs started their chorus in the evening !!!!). Excellent size of rooms, very clean, and good breakfast in the morning. Snacks and water available anytime in the morning and fridge, freezer and bags of ice readily available. A very pleasant stay, which included a guided tour of the plantation house. Although rebuilt since a fire in the 1960’s it is still spectacular and the tour was incredibly interesting.

It’s located at a great and quiet location in the beautiful Lower Garden District, it’s very central and everything important is closeby, it’s so beautifully decorated and a gorgeous, old house with character, the facilities as such are flawless, the staff is just wonderful - a very warm welcome, helpful, you get a fantastic introduction to the city, the warm breakfast’s made freshly daily and is delicious, Glenda is the wonderful soul of the house who makes your stay even more flawlessly perfect and is a very special, warmhearted lady, the rooms are as fantastic as the whole house - you cannot go wrong here if you want to stay in NOLA and live in an authentic place - we’d return anytime again!

Night in the cabin named Coco House was unforgettable! On the evening we were just sitting on the porch, listening sounds of nature and relaxing… During your visit don’t forget to take a tour to find out about history of this place! Breakfast is really nice too.

Berlokasi strategis di wilayah Central City di New Orleans, WG Creole House 1850 berlokasi 9 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Union, 1,3 km dari Morial Convention Center, dan 1,7 km dari Mercedes-Benz... I didn't have breakfast as I don't think breakfast was included. I did make myself a couple cups of tea in the kitchen/dining area. I think you could have used some of your own food in that facility. This is a wonderful place to stay. Most highly recommended. I would definitely try to book it if I were to visit New Orleans again. It is walkable from the train station although Google Maps does not provide the best route for getting there.
