Kilauea House is set in Volcano, 18 km from Kilauea, 45 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, as well as 49 km from University of Hawaii, Hilo. We just spent two weeks in Hawaii, and out of the 6 accommodations, ranging from 5-star hotels to Airbnbs, this was our favorite by a country mile. Would stay again in a heartbeat and can't recommend the place enough.

Located in Keaau, 20 km from Lava Tree State Monument, Ocean Breeze Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. - the whole place was so clean !!! - access to laundry room with soap - the mattress was unbelievably soft and comfortable - the portable a/c in the room was really effective - easy walk to Maku’u point for sunrise - far away enough from Hilo to see stars and be in nature, but still easy enough access to the city and Hawaii Volcanoes

Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and water sports facilities, Ma'ukele Lodge can be found in Pahoa, close to Kaimu Beach and 21 km from Lava Tree State Monument. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The room is rustic, but a great way to experience Island life. This was an unexpectedly wonderful jewel. Breakfasts were fabulous.

Offering a garden and sea view, Orchid Tree B&B is situated in Hilo, 100 metres from Honoli'i Beach Park and 3.3 km from The Pacific Tsunami Museum. Simply just perfect! Thank you Steve for having us. We will definitely come back. Mahalo!

Located within 1.7 km of Rainbow Falls and 3.8 km of Lyman Museum & Mission House in Hilo, Old Hawaiian Bed and Breakfast provides accommodation with seating area. This was such a peaceful location, we absolutely loved our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, it was so much more than we expected and so delicious and creative. thank you!

The place was clean and it was so much fun to meet people from all over the world. You had a chance to meet people or be alone, whatever you chose to do, the place made you happy.
