I really enjoyed the house. I loved all the decor and home made meals. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was large and easy to use. Very grateful for the mosquito net. Even when the rain caused the power to go out Jacky and Vince were so gracious. They helped make the stay relaxing and took great care of me. Jacky also arranged for an airport pickup, so it was easy to get to the house after a late arrival.

This place was amazing! Stayed for 2 nights after a safari. Quiet location 30mins out of Arusha town. All the staff were so lovely. The farm was a beautiful oasis filled with banana trees and coffee plants. We had our own private cabin with a hammock. Hot water in the shower, and a nice big bathroom. Breakfast was included, and lunch and dinner were buffet available for $5USD per person. All the food was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.
Hope’s home is one of the best places I stayed trough out my traveling. Hope is a great host that makes sure all your needs are met. Beautiful quiet place that exceeded expectations.
The villa is easily found, and in a good location 40minute walk from the centre or a short dala dala ride. Water gets nice and hot, and the breakfasts are absolutely amazing. Very generous portions! and it includes a nice mix of local food and a few western home comforts. All staff are incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere is calm, quiet and private despite being close to the main road- we really enjoyed our time here.
We slept a total of 3 nights at Utamanduni Hous and were very impressed with the accommodation. The accommodation has 4 very nicely furnished rooms, one common room and a big garden. Chris is a great host and the staff are incredibly helpful. Traditional cooking was done for us in the evening. The breakfast with fresh fruits as well as jam and pancakes is excellent. The property also has a beautifully landscaped garden with a seating area around a campfire pit and a small outdoor bar.
Quiet hotel with comfortable room. Great location. Nice pool and the restaurant served good food.
The place is perfect if you look for a quiet and relaxing stay in Arusha that you can spend in the very nice garden in the back yard. The hosts are very friendly and supportive with everything you need. Bus station and city center are in 5- to 10-minutes driving distance, a local street kitchen with nice food for little money is within 3 minutes walking distance. All in all highly recommended!
Safe and quiet oasis amidst the colour and chaos of Arusha. 20 min walk to city centre, great staff making you feel welcome and teaching some Swahili. Thanks to Haruna, Allen, Musso, Emmanuel, for making me feel so comfortable.
I like to think of this place as a bed and breakfast or boutique hotel. It is a small cute hotel located off a dirt road about 15 - 20mins from Arusha Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was cheap and nice. Location was in the middle of town with so many businesses nearby.
