When you look around you discover the loving details that make this place a real “home” stay. Everyone who works here radiates a warm welcome. We ended up here after a camping safari and enjoyed every minute and relaxed. We hope to come back here again. Highly recommended 👌

The hosts at Unique Heritage are absolutely exceptional, truly the heart and soul of this special place. They made me feel so welcome and at home with their genuine care, delicious home-cooked meals, and constant attention to detail. I also loved the fresh, locally sourced food, the lush green compound that felt like a tranquil oasis, and the peaceful ambiance enhanced by the gentle cooing of doves. The room itself was comfortable and inviting, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the area.

The OYA guesthouse is a very nice little place to stay. Jacky, the accommodation manager, looks after her guests wonderfully. The breakfast is beautifully prepared and there is fresh fruit and egg dish. She will prepare a delicious traditional dinner on request. Jacky will help with questions and also assist with organizing excursions. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the accommodation is very clean. A beautiful terrace and a garden are also part of the accommodation. We will come again.

Me sorprendió muchísimo la cama, super cómoda y agradable. Pero en general todo era perfecto, el desayuno, el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, las instalaciones, tiene gym algo muy importante para nosotros y si haces escalas largas, la verdad que 100% recomendado.
Un sitio muy tranquilo a media hora del aeropuerto. Estuvimos en una de sus habitaciones con baño. La habitación tenía 2 camas grandes con mosquitera. Además, en el restaurante nos prepararon un desayuno muy bueno y las lunch box para comer a mediodía. Llegamos por la noche directamente del aeropuerto, donde nos esperaba Nelson para llevarnos al alojamiento y, por fin, poder descansar. Lo recomendamos.
El personal amable pero no hay recepcion 24h, si un maasai de seguridad que te puede intentar atender a la noche.La habitación estaba bien arreglada pero se les olvidó la mosquitera. Los espacios comunes modernos y bonitos y el desayuno muy bien. El barrio agradable y seguro, lejos del bullicio del centro pero fácil de llegar en tuktuk. Cama muy cómoda y te encargan pizzas.
El alojamiento está situado a unos 30 minutos andando del centro de Arusha. El personal fue muy amable, nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar. La habitación era amplia, estaba limpia e incluía ropa de cama y toalla. NO hay mosquiteras en la habitación. El jardín del alojamiento es bonito. Aceptan tarjeta de crédito sin cobrarte un extra.
El trato del personal sin duda ha sido lo mejor de todo. Te hacían sentir en familia y han hecho del alojamiento un hogar. Está todo perfecto. Es muy buen sitio para desconectar y conectarse… Las camas súper cómodas. ¡La comida en general ha sido increíble!!!. El desayuno súper rico y muy completo. ¡No se puede pedir más! Lo recomiendo 100%.

Excelente servicio del personal. Te reciben con zumo, toallitas calientes para limpiarte las manos. La habitación es excelente, mejor que las fotografías. Nos ayudaron con servicio de transporte al aeropuerto sin problema y abrieron el restaurante más temprano para que alcancemos a desayunar antes de tomar el taxi. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, tienen consigna de equipaje (lo dejamos 4 días durante nuestro safari) y la comida en general esta muy bien tanto de calidad como de precio.
Lo mejor sin duda Anthony. Muy amable y atento. Nuestro equipaje se quedó en Doha y él nos hizo todas las gestiones para recuperarlo. Además nos organizó el safari y alguna excursión a buen precio. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Camas un poco duras pero muy cómodas. El desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio fue genial. A 20-25’ del centro de Arusha caminando. En los alrededores hay restaurantes y supermercado.
