At the guest house, some units are soundproof. I loved everything!!!! Victor my host was accommodating in every way. I arrived around 9 pm and messaged him I was here to check in. He arrived minutes afterwards. I saw him often and he always asked if I needed anything, offering up suggestions, towels, TP, anything! He offered up ideas and locations for me to see and do during my stay. He makes this beautifully landscaped and architected building a delightful stay in a peaceful and quiet area, which was a needed must for me. I added additional days to stay and made this my home base. Groceries, shopping and town are a very short and convenient drive away. I've sent pictures of the grounds and my room to all my friends and family. They loved it too! Pillows were perfect!! The room was well appointed with everything I needed and more. Book this place!!! I hear an ice cream truck driving by now too!

The customer service and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. She even woke up early because she knew I had to leave early for a business meeting - so when I wake up the breakfast was already ready and it was so delicious - she made me feel like home. I will definitely return for business trip or tourism.

The accommodation has everything that you need for a really comfortable stay. The breakfast was awesome too and having the recommendations of the host was great in order to better plan our days.

The garden, the outdoor shower, very friendly hosts, the 4 dogs (Pai was a sweetheart and our favorite), there is a nice beach just down the street. We wished we would have spent our entire vacation here. Very relaxing location. I would recommend getting a rental car to go to restaurants and explore the island. We absolutely loved our stay at De Octopus.

Blue Paloma Bed & Breakfast is set in Lucea and features a saltwater pool and pool views. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The bed and breakfast offers garden views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Though our stay at Blue Paloma was a short phase 😊, it has definitely left a lasting and fantastic impression. The bluish-gray roof and walls of the Paloma greeted us as we approached the corner. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. Upon driving in, it felt like we were coming home. And then, once we met Andrea, Tania, and Chef Conroy, it definitely felt like home. We felt so welcomed, comfortable, taken care of and safe. The property is nicely decorated, has all the comforts of home, is very clean and well-maintained. Two of our favorite spots were the spacious and relaxing upstairs living room/sitting area and the large upstairs balcony overlooking the neighborhood. I also loved that our room had a balcony that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors from the privacy of our room. Hopefully next time it will be sunny so we can enjoy the pool. And, let me tell you, the food was divine! I wish we had more days there to indulge in chef Conroy’s breakfasts and dinners. Everything …including the juices and salad dressings are from scratch. We will most definitely be staying here again soon and will highly recommend it to our family and friends!
