Fay is an amazing host who treated me like family. The guest as well were like long lost kin. I wouldn’t only recommend you go stay at Fays because you can walk to just about anything you need and Rick’s Cafe is 4 minutes walking , but she honestly hands down was warm and caring. Can Jam retreat is a gem in Negril! Julie and D were amazing hosts insuring that we were comfortable and relaxed. The whole island was without water for part of the stay (hosts were not at fault) and even with that our stay was exceptional. The nature surrounding the property is the best part, you can relax and enjoy what Jamaica has to offer! The coffee was superb and location was great as well! I will be back!

The hotel is fabulous, quaint, clean, tidy and so close to the sea. A fantastic place in a great location. The staff were amazing, very helpful, polite and kind, could not do enough for us.
It was a great location, lovely and peaceful, the food was great and the Chef made some tasty dishes, especially the lentil stew.Mark and Alicia are great hosts.We even got to plant trees on the land which we will be back to watch grow.:-)
The location was very central, right on the seven mile beach. I loved that it's quiet and not a party vibe. The water is clean and beautiful, almost felt like our own private little beach as there were very few people around.
It is a small boutique hotel: the area is designed well with the cliffs. All the guest houses are charming both interior and exterior. The meals are good. Especially the hotel guests can drink and eat free of charge in all the liquor , soft drinks and meals. The staffs are very friendly, especially the boys in restaurants are extremely nice. The whole hotel is quiet and it’s a nice place to relax.
The location was close to everything and private aswell. Very quiet too which was nice. Ms Linda our host for the stay was very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. She made our stay very comfortable. Thank you Ms Linda. The beach was just 2mins across the road. Overall I like most things about this property. And if I may mention we ate dinner at Sweet Spice a couple a times it was very good. I would definitely visit this property again.
