The room is very modern, big and clean. Our room was located on the other side of the road and very quiet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and booked 2 extra nights because we liked it so much.

It's located 15 minutes walking from the beach. Just outside the busy town. The rooms are just fine, but the owners are so caring and hospitable. They also have a restaurant with delicious vegan food. I'm not vegetarian myself, but I loved it. I would definitely go again when i'm on vacation in Koh Tao. Thanks for the care and the warm welcome.

One of the best hotel stays we had in Thailand, if not the best. It felt like home, you had everything you needed. Bett was comfy, kitchen was equipped with the main basics & overall great cleanliness. Breakfast and staff were also so amazing. Location is Perfect, everything walkable and if you want you can rent a scooter at the property for a great price

Location of this property is very good and owner is superfriendly🙂They have their own restaurant ( very good food and good belgium beer 😀) and massage salon. They clean your room at your request,so it is up to you, how often you want it cleaned. Room was big and comfortable. Would stay again 🙂

The staff were very kind & helped me sort everything very quickly. The shop directly underneath has a lot of good food & is open 24/7 if you're ever hungry. 5 minutes from the beach & bars - a great experience!!
