Just a 5-minute walk from Thapae Gate and Chiang Mai’s Sunday Market, All in 1 Guesthouse offers comfortable guest rooms with en suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Such a beautiful guest house owned by the kindest, most helpful and friendliest people. The location is perfect and everywhere is easy to reach by foot, taxi or bike. Gilles and family made the stay so special and everyone there was so genuinely lovely. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for an amazing time!

The receptionists are all very helpful and nice. My relative had her toe hurt . She needed disinfectant , alcohol and bandages. The receptionists gave everything she needed. I am still feeling thankful for their help. In addition, the hotel location is very convenient for tourists to go to different temples.

Very, very friendly host and hostess. Tok and Big, thank you very much for your kindness and lovely care. They are very flexible and open to help in any kind of situation. One of the many advantages of staying here is that you can rent a motorbike for only 250 baht a day. You only have to fill in your signature on a paper and that's it! No leaving your passport behind or paying a deposit. We wanted to take the moterbike for one or two days to Pai and that was no problem at all. Tok even checked our moterbike for any kind of problems.They didn't make us pay for the checkup. Also if you have any questions Tok and Big will try to help where they can. They give some tips about nice locations in Thailand that aren't too touristy and they can call a cab or an organisation for you. Our room was very big and clean, we liked the style of the interior and the vibe of the room. In the shared 'kitchen' outside, you can use drinking water, coffee and tea for free. The only disadvantage is that the location is not close to the city center, but a seven eleven is nearby (5 minutes walk). It also wasn't too bad of a location, we walked several times to the night market (18 minute walk) So if you do not mind to walk a bit then this is just perfect. It was nice to have your own room to rest and also the living area aka the kitchen outside to socialize with other travelers. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Chiang Mai.

This place is amazing, the manager is great and has been super helpful and accommodating, honestly everything has been perfect, I will be staying here again next time I come to chiang mai.
