It was in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings (winery, pool). The room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed interacting with the staff. They were very kind and always available to answer any questions and had many recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed doing their wine tasting as well.

This really is a boutique hotel and is located in the quiet village of Lokev, but close to Trieste and to the Škocjan Caves, which was our primary destination. Lokev is small and quiet, but close to Divača where there is a train station and other services. The owners, Dajana and Boris, are two of the most delightful hosts we have ever met. And the chef prepares gourmet dinners that are a true highlight. The facility was well designed and spotless. The beds were really great and the bath was superb.

El Residence Apolonija Guest House está situado en Sežana y ofrece un restaurante. El establecimiento proporciona WiFi gratuita en algunas zonas. El centro de la localidad de Sežana está a 2 km. El lugar es super tranquilo, lindo lugar...buen paisaje, habitación cómoda...todo renovado, buena decoración muy acogedora. La dueña muy amable...todo muy cuidado. Un buen lugar como etapa o para conocer la zona. Todo estuvo perfecto...muy recomendable. Precioso...invita al descanso.

Gostilna in pizzeria Pri Brajdi se encuentra en Komen, a 20 km de Castillo de Miramare, y ofrece alojamiento con terraza, parking privado gratis, restaurante y bar. Habitación muy confortable, todo muy nuevo y limpio. Tiene un recibidor y una ducha espectacular 👌. Totalmente recomendable.

Vila Salamander está en Štanjel, a 26 km de Estación de tren de Trieste, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. Vila Salamander is a pleasant accommodation located in a beautiful environment. It is a beautiful house with private parking. Although the room was smaller, it was comfortably furnished with lots of nice details. The bathroom was not part of the room, but it was private and large :) We also had two dogs with us, which were welcome in the villa. The kitchen was shared but very well furnished. It had everything we needed. We felt at home. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Krasen Kras Apartment está en Komen, a 17 km de Castillo de Miramare y a 20 km de Estación de tren de Trieste. We stayed in the apartment with two rooms. The self check in was operated through a key box at the house entrance and the code is given during the arrival day, which is comfortable in terms of arriving time, but we didn't meet the owner at all. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the kitchen there were also oil, salt, pepper and soap for dishes. There is the oven which is useful to cook. In the bathroom there was body shower gel. There is a washing machine, but we didn't use it, so no review about it. The private garden is down the stair, near the parking spot and is furnished with barbecue area and a table. The house is very quite and we had no problem because of noise from the outside. Air conditioning is available too. The single room is little, but comfy. An advice for the one sleeping in the single room is to close the bathroom's door to avoid it's little noise and the entrance of light. The double room is very spacious and silent. We didn't use the sofa bed in the living room because we were three. I would recommend it.

Toncevi Eco Estate se encuentra en Branik, a 28 km de Castillo de Miramare, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. The entire property is located in a very nice place, and the environment is peaceful. The room was very clean, air condition worked perfectly. The swimming pool was great and the kids enjoyed a lot. The restaurant was more than fine, the food quality and quantity was just perfect. The hosts were very kind, explained on a detailed way all that we needed to know. All of us enjoyed our stay!
