Elvas the Queen Residence ligger i Elvas, inom 20 km från Badajoz fästning och 2 minuters promenad från Municipal Library of Elvas. My host Richard was fabulous. He took the time to show me where to park my car in the complex old city streets, actually accompanying me and then walking me back to his immaculate place. He was charming, knowledgeable and made the whole stay perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough, and at the price, the best lodging experience in my entire travel in Portugal.

First of all the staff was extremely kind and polite, they do the atmost to let you feel welcome. Everyone with a smile! The Hotel is beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything is spotless clean and well taken care of. We can recommend the Hotel to everyone who is searching for great time off in the Alentejo.

SOLAR DOS FRADES ligger i Ferreira do Alentejo och har en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. Owner was very nice as well as the employees! We could do an early check in and late check out. Loved our room that had swimming pool view. The design and decor of the place was simply stunning, and the bed in the room was excellent - we slept so good! Breakfast was also great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Optimal time there would be a weekend.

Alojamento Sudoeste ligger i Zambujeira do Mar och erbjuder gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och rum med luftkonditionering. Immaculately clean room and lovely host. Property in great location. We stayed here whilst doing the Fisherman's Trail, so it was useful having a fridge and a clothes line. There is a cafe next door, which served a lovely, early breakfast to set us up for our walking day. The room was modern and nicely appointed.

Casa Dona Antonia - Monsaraz ligger i Monsaraz, 2 minuters promenad från Monsaraz slott, och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med gratis WiFi samt tillgång till en terrass. Det här är ett litet paradis på jorden. Har varit här 2 gånger och vill inte åka hem. Helt fantastiskt! Ägarna gör det lilla extra, som att värma en liten croissant till din frukost.
