Urpi Wasi Backpackers, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Puno, 300 metres from San Antonio Church, 500 metres from Plaza de Armas Puno, as well as 400 metres from Huajsapata Hill. Second time here, AWESOME HOST! He runs the place with a lot of care and really pays close attention to help. Comfortable clean beds and bedding, hot shower, good breakfast, cute cats too! Will definitely come back whenever I pass Puno again. Next time I wouldn't be bringing a body weight of luggage tho lol.

Set in Puno, near Bus Station and San Antonio Church, MADA Guest House Puno "Hospedaje" is a recently renovated property, featuring, a terrace and shared lounge. The room was exactly like in the pictures. The owner shared with us many useful information (how to get around the city, how to reach the airport), he booked for us a good, well priced tour to Uros island. The accomodation was worth every cent. It offers great value for money. The breakfast was above expectations for Peruvian standards. We felt welcome and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if coming back to Puno. This place truly deserves it's rating.

Providing inner courtyard views, Taquile Hospedaje Mario in Huillanopampa offers accommodation and a garden. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. The property is located 1 minute walk to the main square of Taquile Island and it is extremely clean with nice and big bedrooms. I would like to thank Mario our host that took extremely good care of us: he assisted our arrival on the island and then walked with us around showing the Inca ruins (an unique experience no tour will do) and then came with us to the new boat pick up point. Before finishing this review, I would like to stress that this property is a true experience of life with the community on Taquile island. Please do not book here if you look just for classic tourist hotel style because this is NOT what you will find. A few suggestions for prospective travelers: - bring with you a disposable battery for phone cause in the island there is no classic electrical outlets in the homes - ask Mario to give you contacts for booking speed boat tickets (kollasuyo agency) cause all the tour are 1 day and is difficult to find the way back - enjoy the spirit of taquile and its community with no Wi-Fi with an open mind We truly loved this experience, chatting with Mario and his wife and eating with them. Boasting inner courtyard views, Casa Panqarani features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from San Antonio Church. Beautiful guesthouse, simple but made with love, with a lovely cafe & garden (something that is rare in Puno), quiet but a short walk into the main square. I stayed in the Queen Room, the bed was very comfortable & warm, plenty of hot water with good pressure. The host is very lovely & accommodating. I forgot something in the room when I’m already on the way to Bolivia and she went the extra mile to help me get it back.

Located within 400 metres of Puno Cathedral and 300 metres of Carlos Dreyer Museum, HOSTAL MILAGROS INN - samary inn offers rooms in Puno. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Lovely room and comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and helped with tour recommendations and transit. Felt very at home

Located 4 blocks from the main square, Taquile Familia Celso offers accommodations in Quinuapata. A complimentary breakfast is served daily. Rooms here are fitted with shared bathroom facilities. It was clean, Celso was very friendly, and it was conveniently placed at the center of the island

Mosoq Inn offers rooms in Peru strategically located 5 blocks from Puno’s historic Cathedral and 10 blocks from Puno Harbour and Titikaka Lake. The Inn offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Absolutely lovely staff, really helpful and were so friendly. The value of this place is exceptional, absolutely spotless.

Featuring city views and a terrace, Hostal Aziri Puno provides accommodation attractively set in Puno, within a short distance of Plaza de Armas Puno, San Antonio Church and Pino Park. The stuff was super friendly and we were able to leave our luggage here the whole day, it was very clean and warm (even though it had like 3 degree Celsius outside).

Offering city views, killa andina inn is an accommodation situated in Puno, less than 1 km from Deustua Arc and a 14-minute walk from Viewpoint Puma Uta. Very nice woman that looked after the place. The place was very clean and comfy.

Located in Huillanopampa in the Taquile Island region, BLUE SKY Lodge Taquile features a garden. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. What a spectacular spot. Edwin and his family are wonderful hosts. The food is home cooked with love. The views are incredible. One of my favourite stays in South America 🌍
