The bed was comfy and warm, and everything kept really clean. Giovanni was very accommodating, and even let me come back to use the kitchen on a day I had a night bus out of town and was no longer staying there.

Mario was kind enough to pick us up at our boat and Julia escorted us to our boat when we left. Clean, comfortable and rustic. Excellent location. Mario and Julia are truly lovely people and was our pleasure to have met them.

I was in a front room and had big windows looking out to a great view of the lake that received gorgeous sunshine in the mornings. Hot water at night. And a lovely helpful friendly family. Highly recommend.

Edwin was super helpful and caring so I could arrive the accomodation without any problem. Views were astonishing and the peace was out of this world. Food was nice too. They gave me a better room than the one I booked because they had it free for that night.

With comfy beds topped with llama blankets, we had an exceptional stay. From sharing English phrases for Quechua with Ernesto to drinking local tea, watching the sunsets, to hiking the local trails, I can not recommend enough.

They picked us up at the port by motorbike, very nice trip around the island. The room has its own bathroom and toilet with hot water and they provide a heater for the night so we were not cold at all. They prepared lunch (quinoa soup and trout with rice and vegetables), diner (chicken with rice and vegetables) and breakfast (fried egg and pancakes) for 20 soles extra per meal per person which is extremely fair given that these were one of the best meals we had during our trip, home made by Sonia with fresh organic products.
