Our room was so quiet and comfy and the shared toilet and shower was clean and spacious. The kitchen was so well stocked (spices, utensils, pans, etc). This guest house is better than the pictures! The views in and around the house are absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed having my coffee out on the front deck with an amazing view of the mountains. The owner was eager to help make us comfortable and offer suggestions on what to do in the area :) thank you!!

Haven on Glenaven B&B has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Motueka, 600 metres from Motueka Saltwater Baths. Location was great to explore the area, especially since Motueka is slightly larger and has all the amenities you would need in terms of restaurants, large grocery stores, and pharmacies (we had a big need for emergency antihistamines since my partner's pollen allergy went into overdrive and I developed some bad blisters on the Abel Tasman great walk). The hosts were wonderful, the room was lovely, spacious and clean, and having breakfast items available all day came in handy!

Chalet Karaka is situated in Takaka and offers a garden and barbecue facilities. The property features river and garden views. We LOVED everything! You couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting. The chalet is well set up for self catering. Every attention to detail, right down to the condiments in the cupboard. I really didn't want to leave, but I've booked for this year (Xmas hols) already!!

Our room was fresh, tidy and comfortable. Attention to detail was amazing throughout the property. Breakfast was also better than expected - freshly baked banana bread was super yummy.

Beautiful location amongst lovely leafy trees. Great place to stop with my bike. Friendly and welcoming. Amazing spa sauna and lounge pool.

The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and fun to talk with. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, conversation, and the wonderful and varied artwork on the walls.
