Catlins Retreat B & B is situated in Owaka. Featuring garden and quiet street views, this guest house also includes free WiFi. Lovely and relaxing place to stay. We were warmly welcomed into a space that is comfortable and spacious. What I particularly liked was that there was attention given to details which may seem minor, but really do make a difference. Things such as having soft and fluffy towels, hot drink packets topped up daily, bathroom amenities and so forth. It is really convenient to the rest of the town, and is a great base for exploring the Catlins as the drive to various destinations is not too far and Owaka has a number of places to eat at. Definitely book in here!

The guest facility at Dunstan Road is in a separate building overlooking the paddocks towards the hills beyond Alexandra. The location is wonderfully quiet and restful, yet within easy reach of Alexandra for shopping and Clyde for the best restaurants in the area. The rooms are beautifully appointed, well equipped and sparkling clean. Our hosts were cheerfully helpful and most pleasant to deal with. The breakfast hamper they provided was perfect. This was an absolutely first class B&B experience: strongly recommended.

Located within 24 km of Central Otago District Council in Clyde, The Lord Clyde provides accommodation with seating area. This bed and breakfast offers a garden as well as a shared lounge. Breakfast was simple and excellent--quality not quantity wins every time. Room was cozy and warm (winter visit) with heated bathroom floors! Retained old character, but had every "new" amenity one would want.

The Vicarage Boutique Bed and Breakfast Oamaru is situated in Oamaru. The property has sea and garden views, and is 37 km from Moeraki Boulders. We had a wonderful stay at Vicarage. Jacqui was a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We really recommend.
