Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

Dan and Mitzi are great hosts and managed to build an amazing and wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The room was cozy and comfortable, the shared area with a fireplace made the evening special and super relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and has a couple of varieties, so that everyone should be able to find something. The location is quiet, offers options for nice walks and is just a few minutes drive away from Queenstown. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!
So far difficult to find a better place to stay in Queenstown. Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, warm host.
Sam and Fred were great hosts, providing amazing home prepared breakfasts. They took time to talk about the house and surrounding area, offering suggestions of where to eat and places to visit. The room was separate from the main house, very private with great facilities. It was a short walk to Lake Dunstan track, and a few minutes to get to The moorings for dinner. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it was a short drive to the main road between Cromwell and Wanaka.
The studio is very spacious, private, tastefully decorated and has a lovely ambience. It had everything we needed and comms and check in etc were a breeze. The provided breakfast (self serving) of fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, breads, and tea and coffee was great. A more residential location but nice and quiet and an easy drive or walk to central Wanaka.

Great location on the main road of Oamaru. Very nice and clean room for such a price! Owner is super nice and offered a complimentary bottle of champagne for the stay. Room has a nice view of the harbour and is quiet and private.
We rent a 2 bedroom apartment at this delightful hotel every year as we visit our daughter at Otago Uni. We travel from Auckland. Location is fantastic, close to Octagon, it's private and charming. Boutique feel, easy to deal with. Spotless, comfortable and quiet.
