Quiet despite being next to highway. Great hosts could not have been more helpful.

At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. Beautiful building, view and location and the kitchen is top notch. They offer health and rejuvenation services, but you can stay there as a regular guest as well. I loved the drive down here, with the ferry, from KariKari.

Boasting a garden, shared lounge and views of sea, Riverhead Villa is set in Horeke, 47 km from Kemp House and Stone Store. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. This is a lovely period house that has been reolcated up onto the hill, the views are stunning. The meals we had were all great, simple wholesome food but prepeared well and served in a lovely dining room. lovely quiet spot and we enjoyed ending the day with a relaxing sit on the veranda and a good book.
Rawene
The bed and breakfast features a flat-screen TV. Guests can take in the views of the sea from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Kathie has made our stay very accomodating and nice. Food was great here !! Staff were amazing that view was perfect as always!! The villa was nice and private spa was good too.

Great location and wonderful place to stay, had everything you could think of and need and lots of little extras. Thank you for the book, I work in a primary school and will be taking it to work with me. Loved the spa pool, host was very friendly and informative. Would def stay again,
Staff were AMAZING! Slow cooked lamb and the pork belly were delicious, rich but delicious, and booking the villa was an absolutely amazing private space for me and my partner, and access to our own spa was nice...
Great location. Quiet unit at rear. The cleanest motel we have stayed at recently. Friendly welcome by both motel staff and motel cat!
Nice quiet location but easy walk to restaurant and bar.
Exceeded our expectations. Great location overlooking Hokianga Harbour. Very quiet with great views. The little cabin was well appointed for a 1-2 night stay as it has no cooking facilities other than a microwave, which we knew about. Adding barbeque facilities would be the icing on the cake. The fact you have to wash your dishes outside in a sink under a covered area did not detract from the appeal of the property
Lovely set up, loved the garden. We saw fantail and Monarch butterflies. Great kitchen facilities and the showers were good. So quiet and quaint.
