Wisteria Way is a recently renovated guest house in Opononi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Quirky, interesting, beautiful location. Quiet despite being next to highway. Great hosts could not have been more helpful.

Situated in Omapere, 2.7 km from Opononi Beach, The Healthy Guesthouse features a garden and views of the sea. This guest house features free private parking and a shared kitchen. Beautiful building, view and location and the kitchen is top notch. They offer health and rejuvenation services, but you can stay there as a regular guest as well. I loved the drive down here, with the ferry, from KariKari.

Boasting a garden, shared lounge and views of sea, Riverhead Villa is set in Horeke, 47 km from Kemp House and Stone Store. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. This is a lovely period house that has been reolcated up onto the hill, the views are stunning. The meals we had were all great, simple wholesome food but prepeared well and served in a lovely dining room. lovely quiet spot and we enjoyed ending the day with a relaxing sit on the veranda and a good book.
