Situated in Takaka in the Tasman region, Labyrinth Gardens Guest House offers accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. I can't believe one motel can be so neatly managed and wonderfully organised. I bet the owner must love the house so much that he put tremendous effort to keep it clean, organised or even sophisticated. It is a big garden we are living in. Not far from the town centre, easy to find, and wonderful to stay in. The stars are also great if you want to stay late and watch the sky. Will definitely stay again next time.

Chalet Karaka is situated in Takaka and offers a garden and barbecue facilities. The property features river and garden views. We LOVED everything! You couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting. The chalet is well set up for self catering. Every attention to detail, right down to the condiments in the cupboard. I really didn't want to leave, but I've booked for this year (Xmas hols) already!!

Completely organic/homemade with products from their land. Fresh fruits, juices, preserves, meat, veggies, eggs etc etc! We purchased Renes pizza for dinner. The best pizza we have ever eaten!! Outdoor hot tub (star gazing at night), sauna and jet swim pool, sun decks, bird aviary.
