J&D Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Kerikeri, 26 km from Opua Forest, 4.5 km from Kemp House and Stone Store, as well as 21 km from Haruru Falls. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but next time will definitely take the opportunity. We were able to get a courteousy van from Homestead to pick us up and drop us off so we could enjoy a couple of beers. Lovely stay there and so thankful for the return of my phone. Our room was lovely and had a great view over the bay. Very comfy bed and all the amenities that you need for your stay. Very fast Wi-Fi and one of the tastiest breakfasts that we have ever had at a B&B. Would highly recommend.

Everything was exceptional right from the very moment we first made contact. Nothing was an issue. The owners are lovely, welcoming and kind. So many fine details that we really appreciated having had. A peaceful afternoon and evening listening to birdsong and finishing our day with a spa was bliss. In the morning we recieved a fabulous breakfast and left feeling restored and revived, ready for another day. If Peace and tranquility is what you're after Pāteke Lodge is the right place for you.

Comfy warm sleep after a good movie, coffee and a bickie! (supplied!) WiFi connection is excellent.
