It had all the amenities you could wish for and a lot of free snacks and drinks. We arrived there on Christmas Eve and there was a box of chocolates and Christmas decorations waiting for us, so nice! I would highly recommend this place, very good value for money!

The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Beds and room was very comfortable and met all our requirements. The view from the eating area was spectacular. Will highly recommend to friends and family

The location is close to facilities and parks. The standard of the place is similar to hotels standard and very quite environment as well as very clean. I really enjoyed the stay with comfort :)

I was happy to discover a much larger accomodation than I expected. Natural lighting through numerous large windows, one from floor to ceiling! Comfortable, contemporary equipped living.

Very nice garden, good location to go to the airport by car. Orewa beach is very close. Small room is small indeed but o.k. Lager room offers lots of space

Very clean and well stocked with a several nice, thoughtful touches. Property owner was very kind and helpful. Location was great. Close to several good cafes, restaurants and coffee places. Easy walking to several areas of interest and next to a large park with beach access.

Set in Auckland, in a historic building, 1.5 km from Eden Park Stadium, The Grange is a bed and breakfast with a garden and barbecue facilities. Everything. It was exactly like in the pictures. It was in a nice and quiet area but still within walking distance to restaurants, bus stops and Mount Eden. It was great to start the day with a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, toast and just the perfect cappuccino and not having to go out for it. Tipps were to go and how to get there. Heather and Roy really make you feel welcome. It’s home away from home and for us it was the perfect start for traveling New Zealand.

Calm, quiet, welcoming. So beautifully hidden and serene in the middle of a lot of chaos. Such a lovely safe space. Like nowhere we have ever stayed before. The rain outside our bedroom through the trees was just stunning and so cosy to watch.

Featuring pool views, Takapuna Accommodation offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 200 metres from Takapuna Beach. Excellent location and more space than the photos suggest. A bath in addition to the shower was a bonus. Very well decorated and everything was clean and tidy. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful.
